| This Brewery is advertising the lease for £25k a year! It looks derelict. When are they going to spend some money on it? The windows are shocking and they didn't even put any flowers in the boxes to make it look invitiing. An absolute eyesore. | I agree with madaboutmarsworth it is an absolute disgrace to let this pub decline in the way the Brewery have allowed. The place has so much potential its hard to believe what the Brewery are doing (unless they have plans to sell/develop the site). | In the last 10-12 years we have seen a steady decline in this once thriving country pub. The latest leaseholders (who, incidentally, also own the Anglers Retreat) have finally killed it off good and proper.
