| This pub is known locally as the “bottom bird” due to the close proximity of another similarly named pub (top bird). It’s a Sam Smiths pub (as is the top bird) but sadly it’s keg only. Has a large lounge to the right as you enter and a tap room to the left with a dart board. It’s slightly shabby but very clean and tidy, there was a huge dog sitting on one of the sofa’s, it took a double take to realise it was a toy, very lifelike.
