Is not full of banker types - as it suggested in other reviews because most of the bank types are in E14. They'll hate me for it, but is full of Aviation insurance brokers actually. I am a broker and my colleague, Ben, recently visited. Quote, "it's a Godawful place". For me it is the whiff of Dettol that gets me when I walk in. One at the Crosse Keys instead?!?!

Ordinary pub, ordinary decor, ordinary beer, but an extraordinary experience; like that pub in the film "American Werewolf in London", if you're not a regular, the whole atmosphere freezes upon entry. Avoid, unless you're on a "Dismal London" tour or everywhere else is full (despite the location, somehow this place never is - rather telling)

Tucked away at the back of Leadenhall Market the Bunch of Grapes is a single wood panelled room with the bar across the back wall. It is very spartanly furnished with only a few stools around the walls and a single small high table. Ergo expect to be standing if you drink in here.

Reasonable selection of ales with Pride, Adnams Southwold and Doom Bar on offer. My Doom Bar was fine.

This is a reasonable pub but with the Lamb and the Swan in Leadenhall Market there are better places to go nearby.

Agree with rpadam. It was full of the red braces brigade spending their bonuses supplied by the likes of us the tax payer! Had one pint of Adnams ordinary then left. Won't be back!

Confusingly "The Grapes" from one side, but "The Bunch of Grapes" on the other (and also on the pub sign). Once inside, you find a very bare wood-panelled bar, clearly designed for lunch-time and after work 'vertical drinking' and thus very few bar stools (and no seats). Upstairs dining room. Six handpumps, but two lots were doubled-up so the choice was GK IPA, Adnams, Youngs Ordinary and Pride (well kept, and reasonable value for the area at 3.00). OK for a quick pint, but not a place to linger.
