| Ringwood Best and Hobgoblin plus another were on the handles when I visited, I chose Hobgoblin which was in excellent condition. The house curry (there were two other curries on offer) was as hot as I had been advised. | Very good village pub which is more interested in beer than food - a welcome reversion to the old way of doing things. I had a decent pint of Fullers, some good conversation and a welcome break from Mrs A while she visited a nearby friend. It's a good place to drop into for a pint before you get into the Salisbury traffic jam or if you happen to be passing and I'm pleased to drop in on a regular basis. ETA - 15 May 2009 15:04 |
