| Very quiet on my visit, with only a few friendly locals being present. This has one large room, which seemed to lack a bit of character for me. The landlord was fine however, and the two beers were well kept. This place just needs something to entice people in as I wouldn't particularly rush back in as it stands at the moment. | Nice pub, was almost empty when I went in on a Sat evening. Barman was pleasant and the 2 pints of Golden Pippen I had were very good. I won't run the place down as my experience was very good even though there was hardly anyone in! lezford - 9 Oct 2011 11:15 |
| Hi All again! The Manager of the railway is passed onto Jason Dent. The contact mobile number is no longer in use due to a burglary. You can still contact The Corner Pin for any information regarding the Railway. The beers on at the moment are John Smiths Cask, Copper Dragon and Batemans xb. As this pub is not registered on SIBA yet , real ales are limited to what we can order through enterprise. Hopefully this will change in the coming months.If you like a different selection of beers then after a visit to the railway, why not pop over to the Corner Pin and sample a few there. look forward to seeing new faces and real ale drinkers.
