For the record - it's a cafe bar type of place that serves keg lagers. At best it is somewhere to grab a swift pint before catching a train - it's nothing more than that and is hardly ever likely to be. I have flagged the ridiculous reviews (obviously by staff or management) for deletion as they seem to do the same to any genuine reviews of the place. Snarling_Mallard - 17 Aug 2011 20:36
..incidentally 7.2 it most certainly AIN'T 3.5 would be more realistic. Snarling_Mallard - 17 Aug 2011 20:29

I regularly travel to and from St Pancras Station and DesVins is a great little place to grab a bite to eat or just a coffee or even a glass of wine..or a few! They have a great selection of wines from around the world, as well as meat and cheese platters to enjoy. The interior is classy and unique and the place has a general relaxed atmosphere to it. g.summers - 6 Nov 2009 15:16
We caught the Eurostar on Friday for a romantic trip to Paris for our anniversary and we were recommended by a friend to try out desVins before we left. Our train was just after lunch so we decided to try out their menu and was happy to say it was excellent and we only wish we had more time to relax there. Loved the lasagna and splurged on a couple of expensive glasses of wine to toast the occassion. Next time we will give ourselves and couple of hours to savour a bottle or two and do some people watching. pjpeterson - 3 Aug 2009 13:01
