| Totaly boarded up several months ago with for lease signs on the upper walls. There is talk of some of the villagers getting together and taking it on !! But can not see that ever happening the pub was just not busy enough over the last few years to interest many to take it on never mind form a co op to do so Twelveman - 24 Mar 2011 13:01 |
| Dropped in here the other Saturday evening although not overly busy it took an age to get served by the female behind the bar. Still have several boards outside with food deals ( pie & pint £5 ) large steaks & the likes. | Although I have not been in this pub for some time I pass it daily and it is NOT CLOSED that I can assure anyone using the A361 between Daventry & Banbury. From the signage out side they appear to be doing deals on food most days.It also appears to be open all day Sundays Twelveman - 24 Feb 2009 18:31 |
