| this pub changed hands a few months ago but outwardly looks exactly the same with no apparent changes to anything. Thought we would give it ago and try the food. I can honestly say its the worst pub food I have ever tasted. Anemic overcooked chicken in a bowl of thinish milky stuff. Tasteless hard chips and watery frozen veg. The poor barmaid was really polite and obviously embarrassed by the situation. Nice looking pub in a nice village with well kept real ale.
