called on a recent visit, Dec 07.
It looked interesting, as it appeared on the taste-of-scotland.com website as offering home made food, and also I think in the camra good beer guide.

The place is not large but quite attractive, done in a traditional style. seems to be one main room, with central oval bar that seems to be a characteristic of older scottish pubs. Off the sea front in the main town area.
we only stayed for a drink and look round. 2 cask ales on offer. Deuchars was nice but seemed a bit on the expensive side compared to others in the town.
would like to call again and try the food.
