| If you’ve ever been into a Slug and Lettuce before you’ll know how this place is laid out with the high tables and bland colour scheme. The difference with this Slug and Lettuce was the excellent service from both barmaids – I thought that the S&L staff handbook directed the employee to be slow and curt – Maybe they haven’t read it yet! Bombardier and Sussex Best were available along with some premium lagers. I had a spot of lunch with the misses whilst there and the steak sandwich and chicken Caesar rap were fantastic.
