i went with my daughter for the first time yesterday.it was a never agin thing,i got spitroast chicken with jacket potato and sweetcorn,so did my daughter but with the garlic pepper sauce,my chicken was red and had blood coming out, just was not cooked ,the jacket was old and potatoe colour was grey, definatly not fresh and the sweetcorn had a milky substance coming out of it and the kernels were caved in.,i showed the waitress who said she was an ex chef and the chicken was meant to be like that as it was spitroast.i was the wrong person to tell this too as im a cook.i said i would never eat there again as my daughters meal was cooked more but was still undercooked, never have i been told such a load of bull, she changed the meal an even thogh the sweetcorn was fresh the chicken was still undercooked and red raw when cut into it.its only a matter of time before someone gets sick as my daughter was still going to eat it until i stopped her .i say sack the cook and get someone who can really cook.life can be oh too short

Beer not great. One of the best harvesters I have yet eaten in. Great View.

A harvester restaurant and bar built on the site of the former swimming pool. In a good location with a view out over Liverpool Bay and Roads.

Have not visited it yet so no rating on this occasion.
