| My expectations were low to begin with given the chain so it wouldn't have taken much to impress. Sadley this did not happen. I should just make a list. Staff behind the bar were complaicent, rude, miserable and unhelpful. When I was asked I stated three times what beer I wanted as he poured my partners wine in front of us and he still had to ask as he was talking to the other person behind the bar. Cuttlery was dirty, plate was cracked and the beer was bad which I didn't think was possible given what was on offer. The food itself was fine for what it was (although over cooked).
