| Staff are friendly enough but the locals are a little on the rough side. I wouldn't go in alone, not because it's threatening or anything just that it's not a pub to enjoy a quiet drink. Beer is ok, pub is a little tired. Prices are good though. Glock - 19 Dec 2010 12:08 |

| This "pubmaster" pub is on the main street through barlborough, opposite the royal oak. Each time I pass this place, there is a group outside, glass in hand, shouting around in a loud-mouth manner. *** It just gives the impression of a rough-neck pub, so I haven't and won't be tempted to try it. *** not tried. not rated. reynard - 14 Sep 2008 13:09 |
