| A great shame about this pub. Has the potential to be good but has never had a strong enough manager. Is renowned as a bit of a 'trouble' pub. | Recently started using this pub for a few beers on weekend afternoons. It's nothing special but it's a friendly enough and comfortable enough place, and the staff are polite and friendly, if a little disorganised at times. A bit too "family oriented" for my liking - too many kids running about sometimes - but generally a decent if unremarkable town centre boozer. Gostevie - 18 Nov 2008 14:07 |
