| this is my hometown local, warm beer, cold food is its motto and it's fairly accurate. Having said that, its a good place to have a sunday afternoon pint watching the football, and as long as you dont mess about its no trouble either. | Don't bother going to this pub its scruffy and dated and the service is shocking. Staff act like they are doing you a favour in serving you. The beer selection is nothing special. I complained about the beer tasting off and despite being pleasant about it the manager was rude and confrontational and I was told to leave. imp123 - 4 Feb 2009 13:34 |
