Visited this pub on past comments and wished otherwise.
Was kept waiting by the Barman/Landlord. A simple "I'll be with you shortly" would have done the trick, but despite coming and going from the bar, he didn't even look at me.
It wouldn't have been so bad but the Spitfire was definately tired and past its best. I didn't stop for a 2nd pint.

I see the last comment was dated July last year but things have changed for the better at The Harrow Inn. The food quality is extremely high, service very good and it is certainly value for money. The wine list is varied and competitively priced and it has been decorated to a high standard which gives it a warm ambience. It is certainly worth a visit, 9 out of 10.

My wife and i went to this inn on our visit from cornwall, we found the place a nice friendly place, it was on the bike night but due to bad weather, only two bikers turned up by the time we left at 8pm, we willl visit again on our next trip from cornwall.

A lovely village pub that has retained its character with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Food is excellent ranging from the traditional sunday lunch to classic french quisine. Try it!!

Visited this pub for a meal after seeing a review in the local paper. The food is not your average pub food. It is far superior and all freshly cooked. Typical pub dishes are still available but again these are all prepared on site and cooked to order.

The Owners are both very friendly and the pub has a relaxed atmosphere. It also seemed to have a fair few locals in, always a good sign!

Also has a beer garden which i imgaine would be good on a summers day.

Have recomended this pub to friends and not one has been dissapointed!
