| Went here quite a few times over the last couple of years. Nice cosy pub, Buttcombe was very good, so was the food. Well it was until the last time I dined there, the triple cooked chips were very brown dry and hard while the burger has so much blood dripping from it I pondered on whether to send it back to the kitchen or call an ambulance. | hi everyone , what a gem of a find this pub/restaurant the setting is gr8 the staff are very friendly beer top notch i had a kronenburg. the mussels are the sweetest and softest i have ever had my partners citrous salmon was top notch our mains of lamb burger and raspberry jus, and fillet of hake where out of this world we are regulars to the cotswolds and will be dining at the potting shed again , a very happy Roy and Angela Haslam ,Radcliffe Lancs !!!! lovejoy56 - 12 Jul 2009 15:07 |
