| As rpadam put in the last review, a basic, no-nonsense, does what it says on the tin type place. Hobgoblin on special at £2.00 a pint when i went in, nicely kept and for that price i certainly wasn't complaining. This was the 1st pub i visited in Rugby and it was alright...give a chance and don't waste your time (or money) going in the Black Swan next door. lezford - 7 Dec 2011 18:35 |
| Basic, no-nonsense town centre Marstons pub and (small) music venue. Pedigree and Banks's Bitter on. Just the right distance away from the High Street to have a reasonably friendly 'local' atmosphere whilst still being used to casual visitors. rpadam - 28 Nov 2009 23:21 |
