| This is now called 'the Leaf' and seems to be positioning itself as an upmarket Indian restaurant. There is still a bar area, but the whole place has been refurbished and is unrecognisable from TJ's. Could be nice in the summer. Really not sure about the bowl of boiled, yes boiled, peanuts they gave me with my pint, but then again I was their very first customer! slabghost - 12 Nov 2008 13:38 |

| Stayed here one night and had a great evening. Had drinks in Kingston then back here for a few more b4 calling it a night. V friendly staff and good choice of beers. The breakfast was great too and rooms v clean. Loved the landlords Dog too. Think it was a Hungarian Viszla! Notrix - 12 Mar 2007 16:20 |
