| The previous landlord and landlady ran a good house. They got rid of the miscreants who had a tendency to come here by standing for no nonsence and banning them. The new landlords were warned about the 'problems' with the druggies shall we say, but don't seem to be doing anything. I don't go in here anymore, and that's a shame as it was really good in here 5/6 months back, and the 2/3 years previous - a proper local. | Had good hopes for this pub when new landlord/lady took over - then the Plough and Harrow closed and all the dross from there moved in. Now they aren't allowed back in the Plough as that is back to being a decent pub. How the local "social" scene changes in such a small area. anonymous - 29 Nov 2007 15:53 |
