This pub no longer has a Thai resturant which is a great shame,The decor has changed and the pub appears to be migrating towards a wine bar feel but the Larkins is still good

Bit of an anonymous building tucked away behind the church. Plenty of room and a huge garden. Food all cheap & cheerful, I think there's a Thai restaurant involved somehow as all the food was brought out by Thai waitresses. Youngs, Larkings & TEA on, I had the Larkins which was fine but ran out pretty quick.

Hidden away in a small vilage that is really little more than a hamlet, this traditional pub has much to offer. Big beer garden in the summer, and a proper log fire in the winter. Four real ales on today - the great Larkins Porter, Larkins Traditional, Youngs Ordinary plus something from Cottage Brewing. Well worth seeking out.

Been going here for several years and although still friendly it's not as welcoming as once was. New Thai restaurant has recently opened and food is now better than the Thai before it so this is a plus. Bar food is traditional pub stuff but good value. Real ale is hit and miss, but in the main they have a good selection all round of beers and ciders.

Myself and my b/f stumbled upon this pub on the way back from a day out. Funny looking pub inside, but go out into the garden, its fantastic! So if you want a quiet drink away from it all, and the sun is shining, this place is great!
