nice pub with attentive staff, but has been taken over by eaters.the horse shoe immediately on the right on entering does give some respite for drinkers but its restaurant is so popular this often spills over.robinsons beer as well doesn`t help

Enjoyed this one.

The management in here looked after us brilliantly whilst the Drunken Duck up the road seems to regard everyone in walking boots as riff-raff. The food is good and well priced and the beers very good. An excellent little boozer.

The Queens Head is an elegant pub, with fine wood panelling in the bar area and dining room. Beers are from Robinsons and were very good especially the Double Hop. Check-out the sports memorabilia and signed painting in the snug. This pub has a definite old world charm, and is well worth a visit.

Only had three Robinson's ales on, but all were excellently kept. Nice venue with attached restaurant. Served the same menu in bar which was a good touch. Food was really good but at restaurant prices.
