| I hadn't been in this place for a while. It was the same as ever. Yes its in need of a bit of a refurb. But for a local has character and charm. Only one beer on offer Saddleback bitter 3.8% from slaughterhouse brewery. Nice to have a local pub who serves local beer. | Calm, relaxing and resolutely untrendy. There aren't many traditional two roomed pubs like this left and with the added attraction of Slaughterhouse beers it's a must if you want a decent pint in convivial surroundings. WebelMC - 4 Jul 2008 21:34 |
