Another good canal stop. Basic but good ale house.

Taken over by Nick Ford just under a year ago, he has turned it into a contemporary pub but retaining a great local pub atmposphere. 3 handpulled ales (top condition) and a good selection of ciders and lagers. No jukebox or pool table to detract from the basic need of a pub - drinking. Definitely worth searching out.

Rejuvenated backstreet local with a commitment to ale. Needs the edges knocking off it to make it a bit more lived in, but a worthy addition to the ranks of Leamington alehouses nevertheless. If you manage to find it, you'll be amply rewarded.
