| This place is great. The beer garden is now a lovely restaurant with quite outstanding Thai food at sweet prices, and you can get your own drinks from the bar. And keep your seats after eating. We were serenaded by punters & staff & eased out in no hurry through swathes of trailing flowers. | I Heart this pub, and its got a Thai restaurant out the back that sells drinks for the same price as in the pub except they bring them to your table and you have to buy some (extremely nice) food as well. Best food in New Cross in a pub by a mile. reverendlionelblair - 11 Jan 2006 22:01 |
| This is a great little pub, very friendly atmosphere. They have just re-done the garden which looks great, and have opened up a Thai restaurant out the back. You can still order food in the pub too. ARD - 1 Dec 2005 11:57 |
