I’ve been to this bar a couple of times now. It’s a proper “bar” rather than pub. It’s stylish and well laid out with friendly staff. It has a good choice of lagers but no proper ale. There’s usually some kind of pop music on in the background but it’s not overwhelming.

It’s connected to the hotel and a restaurant, and the food the bar serves seems to be a definite step up on the normal bar offerings.
