Excellent pub - shame about the boring insurance drones who frequent it and can't stop talking "shop". peterwarlock - 29 Aug 2008 08:44
Hi there ,my names Sue I used to work at The Hung Drawn and Quarted.I am desperatly trying to get ahold of James who used to own the place or run it with his dad Jimmy. Please could someone let me know if he still runs it.Or if they have his surname or contact details for me that would be soooo great. Would really like to catch up with them. This place was like a home away from home to me. Really hope to hear back from someone soon. Thanks Sue Forsyth nee Gray Sueforsyth - 22 Jul 2008 20:32
Very Nice. Good atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, space to sit if you avoid the 'city' hours (1:30-2:30, 5-6). Working at the Tower, this is a nice place to have at your doorstep. Long live the HD&Q. lordbeardy - 13 Mar 2008 00:17
Nice interior, serving a good range of Fullers’ beers. Only gripe is that we couldn’t get a seat. The (empty) upstairs section was roped off, presumably for the nonexistent diners. Could get your beer to take away as well, which is something I’ve never seen in a central London pub before mrse1 - 7 Feb 2008 12:15
