Sammy and Steve are fantastic - offering an amazing welcome. Attention to detail is excellent and customer care is high. Environment is very warm, with a lovely open fire and loads of character! Great in the summer too as the village is really beautiful. Great for walkers, families, people wanting a quiet drink and also fab entertainment available. Food is A1 - traditional, local produce. Best home made pies ever! 64 ways to eat pie is fun and roaring success!
