General information: Built on a 5000 year old Pagan burial ground and crossing ley lines The Ancient Ram Inn is a notoriously spiritual venue being hautned with all manner of ghouls and spectres. The Ancient Ram has a history tainted with Devil Worship and the harbouring of local highwaymen, as well as the ghosts of clergymen who frequent the many rooms. The Ancient Ram is the ideal place to visit if you enjoy being scared out of your skin.

user reviews of the Ancient Ram Inn, Stroud

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

We investigated The Ram late last year. What a great location, and more so what a character John was!... very colourful, infinitely quirky and clearly very passionate about his home and the 'spirits' which he believes reside there. I get the impression that a few groups have taken advantage of John's good nature over the years, which is a real shame... but I'm comfortable that Real Or Otherside showed John and The Ram the utmost respect during our visit! Check out our investigation review, would be keen to hear your thoughts! :o)
