| This pub has been painted and is now called 'The New Inn' - apparently its original name. Went in to check it out. Looked tidy and bar staff were friendly but they have removed the only hand pump - DOH!. I decided not to stay as I don't like 'fizzy' beer, but if you don't mind it, pub looks OK. | This place has also had its day. Back before is was refurbed it was a great and bustling little boozer, then after its refit it did survive (just) but since it has been under a managership its terrible. Dirty tables, smelly toilets, cigarette ends all over the floor out at the front and no real cozy feeling.
