Went in for Mothers day, luckily we booked. The place was full to the rafters. Must say I was a little concerned of how the food quality would be seeing as how full the place was. I shouldn't have worried, the whole meal was first class as usually.

Great place! Friendly staff, fantastic food and good beer. Lovely atmosphere and good prices to boot!

Food still good, but the menu doesn't change enough now and there doesn't seem to be many vegetarian options. Staff are still very good apart from the assistant manager. The place needs some maintenance as it beginning to fall apart.

Definately in the Gastro bracket.

Have eaten here a few times and found it excellent. Each visit has been a weekend daytime so not well qualified to judge more than that.

Looking forward to this being my local soon, so will report on the evenings and weekdays in due course.

No doubt about it the food, premises and staff are excellent. The only downside is they are not geared up for children who do anything other than sit in a corner. So my advice is: if you want to appreciate fully what is an excellent establishment with a fine menu, dont bring the kids.(saves being frowned at!)
