| Been in here a few times recently. Overall feeling is that it hasn't quite managed to make up it's mind what it wants to be - pub, wine bar, restaurant. Often difficult to be all things at once and do them all well. Perhaps this is why it doesn't seem to feel like it has a lot of atmosphere. That being said, on the plus side - it's always clean and tidy, plenty of space so you can have a quiet chat, nice food and the guy behind the bar is hugely helpful and keen to give a good service. | under new managment again i hear! the old manager of the grand union in twickenham has taken over the rains of the longford, so things are looking up. under standing that they will have some cocktails on the menu soon and if the grand union one are to go by they will be good!! finaly a decent bar in hampton hill!!! will be going back to check it out! anonymous - 18 Jul 2007 20:30 |
