| The'Malt' has now been sold-on by David Woolley to another landlord. It's gone a bit 'down market'. The ale is still OK but the food is more'pub-grub' than restaurant food. There are several other pubs and clubs in B-in-W that are as good/better, in my opinion. SuperLeeds - 11 May 2008 22:02 |
| The Original Malt Shovel was recently opened by David Woolley, a local restaurateur. It is a pub with a bar and terrace menu and a restaurant called Toms Dining Room. The beer is good, the wine list excellent and the food delicious. The service is good and prompt. Isobel - 4 Dec 2006 14:57 |
