| A traditional two-bar local pub with reasonable food and three ales on tap - Marstons Pedigree and two guest ales. A bit of a smell of food but perhaps this is to be expected in these post-smoking ban times. Has karaoke on Mondays. | A nice little pub that edges on being "for locals" but actually you get a mix of tourists in also. Very friendly. A very interesting layout with a central bar split on two levels. Wise to check the bottled beer is cold as I keep getting wrm ones. They also keep up a quaint tradition of handing out free sandwiches form time to time.. Robert Huth - 4 Aug 2006 14:28 |
