| Oh dear! It's a Hungry Horse "eatery", this is the sort of place that belongs on a cheap holiday camp. The plus points were that one of the 2 ale pumps were working and the food was cheap & the quiz was okay. On the downside the food was very poor to start with the menus were sticky, the steaks we ordered had the cosistency of old shoe leather, and lessons in frying eggs wouldn't go amiss. Far too many children about for my taste, I know these places have their place in society but for me it's the bad side of cheap and cheerful. SW6 - 1 Sep 2006 11:46 |
