| Quite hard to find, the main road is Low Street and High St is off it, and closed by the pub due to a flood related big hole, July 07. It is a building of character, but without any of the thatch it was named for. Real beer is John Smiths and Black Sheep. Food looks very good and done with care, but the price reflects that.
