| At last somewhere to go on a Friday night. Popped in for a few drinks with friends and found a lively clubby atmosphere upstairs. The DJ upstairs had the place buzzing with up to date club tunes and some old club classics. | Well what can I say, I havent been to The Bull since way back when, and what a turn around there has been! We all came down on Saturday night, not really knowing what to expect. We planned to stay for a couple of drinks then get a cab somewhere to go clubbing. But to my delight The Bull was absolutely rocking! We started off downstairs, knocked back a few cocktails then followed the brilliant tunes to chuck a few shapes on the dance floor! The DJs were so good and had us dancing ALL night..The only bad point was that it shut at 1am and we still wanted more! Do you do this every weekend or is it a special occasion? I cannot say enough how much of a good time we all had on Saturday night..roll on the weekend. | Just reopened after three years being closed and what a change!! Used to drink here before and it was like any other traditional pub. But now it's been brought right up to date with a fresh look and relaxed atmosphere. Went here on a saturday night and drank all the way until 1 in the morning listening to some great music. And the over 21's rule certainly helps with a nice atmosphere. Definitely would return again and again as it's a great place!! anon - 23 Aug 2006 17:35 |
