| We have just spent a weekend in the area with our local cricket team on tour. We spent 2 evenings in The Countryman in East Knighton. They could not have been friendlier, the beer was good, food fine. They even put free food on for the team and families and a band both evenings. | This place isn't a boutique hotel - it's a B & B in the middle of Dorset! The landlord was lovely, the service was friendly, plenty of places both in and outside to sit/park, the carvery is good, the rooms are big and the price is right (especially compared to some of the other local hostelries).
