| Since I last wrote the pub has lost its Casque Marke status and apparently changed hands. The meals have shrunk but the quality stays the same. | I've eaten here many times the last of which was Sunday 4th May.My father-in-law said it was the best steak he'd ever eaten - believe me, praise indeed! The sunday roast was a sight to behold. Whenever I have a day off we head to this place for a jolly good meal. Nice real ales too from the Greene King range. An excellent pub in a superb village. ButchEgg - 19 May 2008 13:03 |
