Wicked place. Been coming here for years. The exact opposite of most west end nonsense
The only place in W1 with a proper soundsystem and decent music.
Always a good mix of people, not a wanky VIP or D-list celeb in sight. A simple formula here - booze and music. Brilliant

Really disappointed with this place!

Went here to celebrate a friends birthday and upon arrival the burly bouncer (who had the PR skills like a rabid bull) tried to charge a tenner for admittance, even though the promotions girl doing the kerb-crawling was still announcing the cheaper entry fee of a fiver!

Downstairs is like a cave, far too dark and far too small, with an overwhelming stink of sweat! Foreigners constantly nagging me if I had any pills and I DON'T LOOK LIKE A FUCKING DEALER!

The "talent" on show here ain't worth much spit. I wouldn't like twice at them if they were walking down the street in the buff. Over-priced, over-hyped, downmarket and trashy. With better management this place might be worth another look-in, but it'll be a long time before I darken the doors again!
