| Popped in this evening as Thursday night is curry night and feasted on the best curry i have ever tasted. It was fantastic....Hot,spicy and polished off with a couple of superb pints of Doom Bar. Nice. They also do milder curries for those who are not as daring. GSB - 1 Mar 2012 20:24 |
| The new couple running the mill should be given a massive chance, the ale is great , the food is great and as a couple picking up and trying to turn the place around into a pub to be proud of the community should get behind them. | Myself and my partner, a highly qualified chef with over 20 years experience, have just taken over the tenancy on The Millhouse. Our emphasis is on excellent quality, locally sourced, fresh, seasonal home cooked food. We have just introduced a brand new menu reflecting this and will be adding daily specials to the menu. We are family friendly and welcome children of all ages, and we have a strict anti drugs and underage drinking policy. We are open 12-11pm daily with a lunch service between 12 and 2.30pm and evening meals between 6 and 9.30pm. We also served cooked breakfasts at the weekend between 9 and 10.30am. | Went by last night. There was a massive chav dispute going on and I think the police came. Although it has just been taken over by new management (yet again!), it seems the chavs have taken over again too. I think this place should just be demolished. fender100 - 11 May 2011 11:40 |
