Great Pub, Was staying in Marlie Farm for the weekend, popped in the pub on Friday all hungry, the beer and the food and the friendly staff did not dissapoint, We had Mixed Grill, Shoulder of Lamb, Fillet of Lamb(Rolled)
The Oranjeboom and Late Red was fantastic, it was so good we went back on Sat Sun as well for food....

Popped in here twice over the weekend and enjoyed a few decent pints of Old Red. Very traditional pub with basic menu but very pleasant atmosphere with nice beer garden and funky smoking shelter. Dont change what you're doing.

nice old fashioned place, seems mainly for the locals, came in here last week looking for food, but as they didn't take cards we had to go else where, I had a decent pint of Late red and would have stayed for a meal but was a bit short of cash, the menu looked limited and it's far moore a traditional type pub that serves a bit of food

Best pub in New Romney however if you are looking for a meal avoid the Steak & chips as it is tough. Rest of the food on the limited menu is more than acceptable though. Clean with welcoming staff and owners very friendly good beer worth a visit if you like real pubs. Forgot children welcome.

Extremely well kept Master Brew, plus other Sheps ales, depending on the season I believe.
Bess the dog does not reside there all the time she belongs to one of the staff and visits ocasionally.
Sunday roast is excellent and good value for money I havent found anywhere cheaper.
On the main A259 out of New Romney look for the monkey in the garden called Martin !
