I have only been to this pub at lunchtime but have to say that the food is delicious. It is good home cooking at its best and the Sunday Carvery fantastic value at £6.95. Meat very tender and plenty of it, great choice of vegetables.

I don't use this pub at night time but I have been in several times for meals and I would most certainly return again.

The food is gorgeous, well presented and in expensive. I particularly like the carvery for £6.95 on Sundays. The meat just melts and there are several choices of vegetables.

And they make PROPER gravy!

Another 'private' pub, the choice of Ringwood best and 49er, like all the pubs in the area does not make this a good place for ale. try the Old George.

Would you believe there used to be coaches from has far away as southampton to come here to sample the atmosphere, the bands, the DJ's etc, now its just a soulless hole, after many make overs and the welcoming of the chavs you'd be well advised to give this place a wide berth. Dear Sue, please buy back this place, its your duty!
