Well, at least the Litter Tray has gone. Not a bad thing. On first impressions the you wouldn't know if it was a Litter Tray or a Yates pub as they are pretty much the same thing. Cheap beer and cheap food. Hardly culinary excellence but then what do you expect? The beer was ok but most of the staff are mildly retarded and don't look old enough to drink let alone work there. Not sure what the reputation is like for the weekends but I suspect it can't be too different from when it was the Litter Tray. I feel though that my rating must increase since it has changed hands. snert - 28 Aug 2008 09:17
Having visited the last few weekends { daytimes only } I wish to revise my previous posting. I now find the staff more friendly and helpful. Some diners had a wait for the sunday lunch but we have had no such problems. I agree with chugmonkey about the curry, you get the full works unlike Weatherspoons and its realy good.If you drink wine then try the Echo Falls its on offer for under a fiver and is good for a merlot. bee578 - 12 Aug 2008 07:35

Now a yates, much better feel than it had. The staff seem ok and the beer was good, I had an extra cold kronenbourg and it was very cold. Food unbelievable prices, for example on a wednesday evening you can have a curry, rice popadums etc for £5.50 and that includes a pint, dont know how they do it. would not want to be in there at closing time at weekends chugmonkey - 26 Jul 2008 21:30
Recently rebranded as Yates's .The barmaids more interested in boy friends than customers. However the drink is priced right and the food is cheap and fills the hungry. bee578 - 22 Jul 2008 22:20
