July 2007. Great food well priced, decent staff and good selection of beers. We found this to be the best value place in Exmouth and highly recommend it.

Finding out this legendary establishment has now been turned in to a Hungry Horse has been like getting a punch in the nads!
Sitting on the sea wall outside The Deer Leap 15 years ago with my brother. The courtyard was bouncing with boisterous but friendly lads (and lassies) noisily demolishing pints. I thought I'd found nirvana.
What's the world coming to eh?
8 - purely for the memories....

Typical Hungry Horse menu. Inside there is an area reserved for over 18s. Best sit outside on the patio and look over the sea. Beers are all Greene King, and OK if you like that sort of thing

Very nice seafront pub, recently taken over by the "pontin's style Hungry Horse Chain" and renamed "THE BATH HOUSE", which i do believe it was once named b4.

Beautiful location - great sunsets over the sea. Maybe more popular with tourists than Exmouth residents; but worth a visit.
