| We had an exceptionally nice evening meal here on a Saturday night. We had been rained on all day while walking in the Brecon Beacons so were ready for some good food- we were not disappointed. Attractive to look at outside and in, the Abercrave gave us a lovely welcome. Though it was a expensive by pub standards- we paid �60 for both of us, no booze for me and only one dessert, it was worth it. Attentive smiling staff, lovely presentation, and delicious, with a varied and interesting menu. | Lovely family run pub with excellent food. Always a very varied menu with beautiful desserts. Fabulous welcome, always a good idea to book in advance as this pub can get busy on occasions - a rightly so! miss_shelley - 11 Apr 2006 14:13 |
