| Went to the lynton Court for a meal on saturday 17th november enjoyed it immensely. The pub and restaurant has been transformed with a new make over. Very good atmosphere lovely surroundings , staff made us feel very welcome. Food was lovely, well worth a visit. paynee - 4 Dec 2007 12:20 |

| Dear God, what on earth has anybody ever done to deserve a pub like this in there town. Was in there on Fri/10/3/06, and have NO desire to go there again. The people in there were the roughest, most chavist, unruly, loudmouthed, uncouth bunch i have seen since.......well, ever really. The barman thought he was Tom Cruise in Cocktail. He really, really wasnt. The lager was flat, the glasses were dirtier than the ashtrays (and thats going some) and all in all it was a very very unpleasant experience. bodbot - 12 Mar 2006 20:44 |
| Nice pub, nice staff except when they ignore their own signs and smoke at the bar. If you ask to be served at the food counter for drinks to avoid the smoke the managreess will tell you that the signs on the tables anouncing "easy ways to pay" on which it says you can purchase food and drink at any till, she will point out that it says food AND drink and ask you to come around the bar in the smoke.
