| Up market gastro pub. Best suited for families or a place to take your mother for a meal. Ideal for weddings, christenings or large special occasions. | Only been here the once, and that was enough. This pub clearly has a lot of history � it seems to have been built into an alleyway between two buildings, but barely a trace of character survives. It's had a dreadful, amateur makeover and there's a crap pirate themed mural on the wall. On my visit the only other drinker was a loud, elderly, and very drunk racist.
