| Now called The Giant Inn. A very traditional pub feel. No food but friendly locals and great real ales. Excellent atmosphere and a roaring log fire. Worth a visit if you're looking for a taste of real village life. skibum - 8 Feb 2007 11:52 |
| I walked into this pub in an afternon and found a table full of locals making paper mache masks on baloons with some kids. the bar staff no-where to be seen, one of the locals served us and we had a great time. maybe not as 'olde worlde' as the royal oak but a great pub none the less. mralistair - 11 Oct 2006 23:28 |
