| Pub location is correct, it is the station that must be in the wrong location. On the contrary, I found the bar service slow; and the barman then topped up my guest ale with Tetley and did not apologise. Also an expensive pint. oftenscore6 - 10 Mar 2008 22:01 |

| I think the location given is wrong as it is about 0.1 miles from Brough station! It is a quality boozer with 1st rate ales 4 of them( also including the rare Tetley Dark Mild) and absolutely excellent food. It also has one of the prettiest barmaids I have seen for many a year whose sunny personality only added to her attractiveness.In the unlikely event that you are stuck waiting for a train in Brough this is about as good a near-station pub as you are likely to get.
